Terms and Conditions of the Schischule Kirchberg

For the business relationship between Ski School Kirchberg and the customer, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order.

The object of the ski school Kirchberg is the operation of a snow sports school (ski school) which includes in particular services, such as teaching lessons in the skills and knowledge of snow sports (without guarantee of a specific training success) as well as guiding and accompanying ski and snowboard tours.


Extension of the group courses is possible from the third day of the course. If a group is reduced to 4 participants, the ski school reserves the right to merge this group.
Group size: at least 4 participants
Participation in group ski lessons is only possible after presentation of a valid ski school ticket. These ski school tickets are not transferable.
Refund of course tickets due to injury or illness is only possible with a doctor's confirmation (difference).
Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) are not replaced.
An accident and liability insurance is solely a matter for the customer. We disclaim any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons.
Ski passes and equipment are not included in the rates.
Payment: Cash, EC Maestro cards or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
Prices in EUR incl. 20% VAT
Pictures taken by our photographer during the course or private lessons may be used by the Kirchberg Ski School forSouvenir photos or advertising purposes (for example Folder, homepage) are used.

Disputes are the responsibility of the court having jurisdiction at the headquarters of the Ski School's central office. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German. The contracting party is liable for all damages or lost transactions resulting from it
